The starting point for this great action is a meeting between Ms. JAVOIS, deputy director of the RIU hotel in Anse Marcel and Ms. BROOKS, President of the Tournesol association.
On November 28, the RIU hotel, represented by Mr. BENITO the Director and Ms. JAVOIS, donated the sum of 690 euros to the Tournesol association. A nice gesture of generosity on the part of the Hotel's customers, invited to make a donation, in an urn, placed at the reception, with a presentation of the project “the Christmas of the children of Tournesol”. This action is part of a program of assistance to associations, associated with the social works of the Hotel Works Council. It is the same motivation that still drives the association TOURNESOL today, whose volunteers were present during this gift giving for the Christmas party on December 10 at the association's headquarters in Concordia.
