A fundraising dinner will take place on Thursday, starting at 19:30 p.m., at the Holland House hotel in Philipsburg to fund the participation of the Saint-Martin team in the annual “Taste of the Caribbean” competition. The opportunity for the guests to taste refined dishes prepared by several chefs and to encourage them in this adventure. The next edition of this culinary competition will take place in Miami in June. The delegation, led by Renata De Weever (Sonesta Great Bay Resort & Casino / NIPA), is made up of Dino Jagtiani (Temptation Restaurant), Ronald Estephane (Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino) and Justin Assendelft (Holland House Hotel). Reservations for this meal are to be made at the hotel reception or with the Sint Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association (SHTA). _EH
