Last Sunday took place, in the Bel Air hall (Asha Steven School), the official territorial competition, organized by the gymnastic clubs of Saint-Martin (Club de Gym SXM and Gym Enfants).
The purpose of this event was to qualify the best gymnasts for the Guadeloupe individual championships which will take place on May 20 in Saint-François.
The Regional Gymnastics Committee of Guadeloupe will appoint the qualified gymnasts based on the results.
This good level competition was contested in perfect conditions thanks to the impeccable organization of NIA (National Institute Arts). A nod also to the many parents present in the room who provided the atmosphere!
It is also important to note that the official judges present had undergone training last November with Nathalie Pujol, technical officer of the Regional Committee of Guadeloupe, and had obtained their diploma as "level 1 judge" in early 2017. A precious sesame which allows the club to be autonomous from now on in the organization of territorial competitions.
Congratulations to all the gymnasts present who, thanks to their great performances and an excellent attitude, carried the colors of Saint Martin loud and clear! _AF
