At Memorial ACTe, the 26th Carbet Prize for the Caribbean and the World was awarded last Friday to the Guadeloupe writer Gerty Dambury for her essay "Le Rêve de William Alexander Brown" published by Le Manguier. In 2010, Ms. Dambury received a special mention from the Prix Carbet jury for all of her work.
