The RSMA recruiting office in Guadeloupe is looking for a young person to work within its team.
• Selection criteria :
Be between 21 and 23 years old.
Holder of permit B for 1 year + car.
Diploma of level IV minimum or III, therefore BAC PRO or BTS (accounting management / HR / commerce / tourism).
Ability to speak in public or to the media.
Administrative rigor essential.
Availability on weekends (3 or 4 in the year) and weekdays mission to Saint-Martin (1 to 2 in the year).
• Main missions :
Process the application files and check their compliance.
Enter the applications in a specific RSMA HRMS.
Handle phone calls and reminders, phoning.
Conduct collective information sessions with an audience aged 18 to 25.
Participate in fairs or forums (weekend possible).
1 year contract renewable 4 times
1 month training mandatory in the company of instruction before assignment to the recruitment office.
VT file to be returned (idem volunteer intern but CV + LM in sup).
Recruitment interview + medical visit before incorporation.
Recruitment closed on November 20, 2019 (if candidate ok) for incorporation on January 6, 2020.
