TRAINING: Call for “third-place training” projects DEFFINOV

0

Developing the skills of workers and access to training for job seekers is both a crucial issue of competitiveness and a social requirement.

However, the recent Covid-19 crisis has highlighted a digital divide that part of the population is facing, territorial inequalities and more generally room for improvement to make training more attractive and more accessible.

It is to respond to these challenges and profoundly transform pedagogy, in particular through the stronger integration of immersive digital technologies, cognitive sciences or training in the workplace that the Plan for the transformation and digitization of training has been integrated into the recovery plan. With a budget of 300 million euros and led by the High Commission for Skills within the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration, it mobilizes several levers.

For its part, the movement of third places, which has been very dynamic in recent years, also contributes to the emergence of new models of learning, through doing and sharing, while diversifying the types of spaces where training can be organized. .

To support these transformations and diversify teaching methods and training locations, the DEFFINOV-Tiers-lieux call for projects has been launched in all regions, in close coordination with the support policies for third places carried out in particular by the " New places, new links” of the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT) with the support of the national association France Tiers-Lieux.
