European funds: satisfactory results for Saint Martin

The plenary meeting of the European funds monitoring committee took place last Friday at the CCISM in Concordia. Among the topics discussed, the closure of the 2007/2013 programs and the implementation of the 2014/2020 programming. Regarding 2007/2013, the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson underlined in her speech “the excellent level of programming of the axes dedicated to Saint-Martin within the PO - FSE and FEDER of Guadeloupe”, specifying that the delegation visited the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) of Quartier d'Orléans, benefiting from more than 8 million euros in ERDF credits. For the ESF, the COM “in its capacity as manager of a subsidy of 10,3 million euros for 2014/2020”, benefits from a “positive” assessment at the start of the programming, according to the president. _EH
