"Faces of Saint-Martin II"

0

Do you remember those giant portraits that we discovered in the streets of Marigot last year? The cultural service of the Collectivity is doing this again this year with an edition focused on the discovery of trades.

The Collectivity, through the youth, sport, culture and community life department, is relaunching the "Faces of Saint-Martin" competition for the second consecutive year. Applicants must illustrate a trade. Which ? It is up to them to choose. But they will have to put their model in situation and produce 15 photographs which will show the different facets of the trade in the spotlight. For this second edition of "Faces of Saint-Martin", there are some new things to take into account. To start, whether you are professional or amateur photographers, you can participate in the competition from the age of 16. And then there is this great initiative. The exhibition will not only be held in Marigot, it will extend to other districts. Finally, the three photographers who came out on top of the selection will receive a prize. If you wish to participate, go to the Community's website to download the complete application file. You can also contact directly the youth, sport, culture and community life department which is located in the annex to Concordia (right next to the Public Treasury) who will answer all your questions. You have until noon on October 15 to submit your complete file. Finally, don't forget that the photo is in your eyes. It's not the device that makes it so don't get frustrated if you don't have the best device in the world!  _NB
