Expert'Ease: a new workshop format with the theme of recovering private, public or cross-border debts

On Thursday, February 23 from 17:30 p.m., the first Expert'Ease meeting will be launched at the CCISM, with the theme of recovering private, public or cross-border debts.

Driven by its desire to be as close as possible to the realities on the ground of entrepreneurs in the territory, the CCISM continues in 2023 the diversification of its workshops to offer a new Expert'Ease format.

“We know that many entrepreneurs encounter difficulties in collecting their debts, which is vital for the health of their business. For lack of information on the subject, they may have to abandon the pursuit of their claims.

We have therefore chosen this strong theme to launch the Expert'Ease concept. says Sandrine Jabouley, Technical Advisor at the CCISM.

Expert'Ease origin

The new Expert'Ease format is the result of a study which brought to light the obstacles with which some are confronted, in particular on the legal or legislative aspects and the reluctance to approach experts to resolve the difficulties.

“With Expert'Ease, we wanted to provide our business leaders, initially, with experts to alert them and enlighten them on specific current issues.

And allow them, in a second step, to directly question the speakers, according to their particular case, in order to have a pragmatic answer and not a lecture.

This format will also allow these business leaders to meet in a “Club des Entrepreneurs” type format, explains Sandrine Jabouley.

“Our territory is unique both in terms of the Territorial Collectivity that we are, and our cross-border standards. For several years, we have been supporting our business leaders in various forms (conferences-debates, workshops, technical sheets, training, etc.) in order to help them master the subjects that impact them.

This new format gives them the floor and puts them in front of experts present to answer their practical questions.

We are always at their side to allow them to develop more serenely and thus, together, boost the economy of Saint-Martin”,  concludes Angèle Dormoy, President of the CCISM.

The Expert'Ease format

In a question-and-answer format, the legal or financial experts present will be able to answer entrepreneurs according to their professional problems, then business leaders will have the opportunity to meet other active people during the Entrepreneurs' Club type networking session which closes this new quarterly meeting.
