0

As part of its study of air quality in the territory of Saint-Martin, Gwad'Air is starting a new measurement campaign in Quartier d'Orléans.

In collaboration with the Community, Gwad'Air, the regional air quality monitoring observatory in Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin is carrying out an assessment of air pollution on the French part of the island.

The aim of this initiative is to provide information on the population's exposure to background pollution by studying fine particles PM10, nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3) ) and carbon monoxide (CO). The measurements are carried out continuously by means of a mobile station. Installed on 29/04/2019 at the Jean-Louis Vanterpool stadium in Marigot, it is today moved to the Omer ARRONDELL school in Quartier d'Orléans for a new one-month measurement campaign.
