On Monday November 6, at 12:30 p.m., the parents were impatiently waiting at the gate. Despite a few tears and muffled sobs from the newcomers, we also felt joy and happiness through the eyes of our students!
After the Director's call, everyone returned to their class. Around 14 p.m., our "surprise" arrived with arms loaded with small gifts brought back from France. Her name is LYDIA LAWRENCE, Saint-Martin singer, based in La Motte Servolex, in Savoie.
The children gathered around her sing her song created for her native island bruised by this "bad" IRMA, on September 6, 2017.
"LOVE, SOLIDARITY, HOPE ..." Yes .... It will be necessary but TOGETHER, WE WILL RECONSTRUCT OUR BEAUTIFUL ISLAND!
Still with Lydia, we plan to twin our school with the kindergarten in her neighborhood.
