Monday it was in music that the return to Soualiga college took place at the school city. In fact, for the past year, twenty-seven students have been following specific training in the field of music in addition to general education. This learning takes place in the framework of CHAM, a class with flexible music schedules.
The students follow the teaching within the college with the music teachers and go once a week to the premises of the association The Music Workshop with which a partnership has been created. They practice several instruments.
This first class represents a budget of 80 euros for the rectorate over three years corresponding to the purchase of equipment, the layout of the room, excluding the overtime of the teachers involved.
An agreement formalizing the CHAM, was signed on August 29th between the rectorate, the music association and the community which provides weekly transport of students from the college to the music association in Marigot.
