The results of the RGE will not only provide a true picture of the economic activities of the territory and determine the real weight of companies by sector, but above all will provide the CCISM with a reliable company file following the many changes observed the day after the passage of the Hurricane IRMA in 2017.
The CCISM also wishes to remind its nationals that any registered company has tax and social obligations. In other words, any business not declared as inactive is liable to taxation. It is therefore important to approach the CCISM in order to cancel your company if it is inactive (free formality for sole proprietorships).
A form to fill out online is available on the website and social networks of the Interprofessional Consular Chamber of Saint Martin.
It is also possible to use the E-ccism corner at the CCISM reception on Friday from 8:00 to 12:00.
