Guadeloupe Committee Tournament
The Guadeloupe Committee tournament, category U 14, was organized last Saturday at the Bellevue stadium by the Archiball club. Nearly 120 players competed for the title in a very good atmosphere.
Four teams from Guadeloupe, Saint-François, Bruc, Bastruc and Good-Luck, Barracudas from Saint-Barth, Saint-Martin Rugby Union and Archiball therefore competed for the title of best team in Guadeloupe.
While respecting the values of rugby, the young rugby players offered a beautiful show in front of the spectators, educators and parents present during this great tournament.
In terms of results, the Barracudas narrowly won ahead of Saint-François, the Good-Luck rising on the third step of the podium.
Mention to the Archiball team who finished best defense of the tournament. Several “Archi” players should join the Guadeloupe U 14 selection after their brilliant performance.
The Archiball leaders would like to thank the parents who made it possible to accommodate 75 children during the weekend, without forgetting the club volunteers for their contribution to the success of the tournament. _AF
