Two years in prison for threatening woman with gun

An 18-year-old boy appeared before the Saint-Martin criminal court on Wednesday morning under the immediate appearance procedure. He was prosecuted for having threatened with a weapon last October 1 a young woman in a building in Quartier d'Orléans. During the investigation and again at the hearing, he denied having been in possession of a weapon that day. He admits to having insulted her and given her a finger of honor. At eighteen years and four months old, he already has two convictions in his record and two awaiting conviction for theft with violence and gun. After deliberation, the court sentenced him to two years in prison and a ban on carrying a weapon subject to authorization for fifteen years. He also revoked his stay for six months and issued a warrant. At the end of the hearing, he was taken in by the gendarmes and will be transferred this evening to the prison center to serve a sentence of thirty months in prison.
