Three women filed a complaint against MF in April-May 2019 for sexual assault. She relates similar facts: MF touched their breasts and / or put his hand in their panties. MF was prosecuted was summoned this Thursday before the local court of Saint-Martin. Sick in Israel, his native country, he was absent from the hearing.
MF approached the first victim by offering him an advertising insert in a magazine that he markets. The meeting takes place at the home of the victim, SJ. MF finds her "stressed" and suggests a magnetism session, she accepts. MF acknowledges having gifts and has taken training in sophrology and reflexology. SJ will feel "like hypnotized", a trance that her companion confirms. The woman explains that MF put his hands on her breasts and her penis. She files a complaint about two weeks later.
At the same time, another woman denounces the same facts. MF met MMC's husband at the shooting range, again to sell advertising for his magazine. He is invited by the husband to a dinner. A few days later, he is contacted by the husband for a magnetism session for his wife. This is how MMC goes to the hotel room where MF lives. The victim explains that MF "asks her to open her legs, and puts her hands on her legs and then on her pubis".
As for the third woman, EG, she is much younger and a waitress in a bar. It was here that she was approached by MF. He wanted to put his hands under her t-shirt but she reacted quickly.
For the parquet floor, MF is "a manipulator". For the victims' lawyers, "a sexual predator". The prosecutor requested a sentence of 18 months in prison, 6 of which were suspended and the registration of MF in the register of perpetrators of sexual assault. Two victims became a civil party and each claimed 5 euros in respect of non-pecuniary damage suffered.
For its part, the defense questioned the circumstances in which the assaults occurred. She regrets that witnesses (bar customers) and other MF patients were not questioned, that “the procedure was carried out hastily”.
After deliberating, the court found MF guilty of the facts and sentenced him to a three-year prison sentence, a ban from French territory for five years, to be paid to two victims 2 euros each and to the third 500 euro. Its inclusion in the sex offender file is also ordered.
