After Sandy Ground, a permanence will now be open in district council n ° 3 in Marigot, in the Neighborhood house, former school Evelina Halley, rue de Hollande, Monday January 28 to Friday February 1, 9 a.m. to 15 p.m.
Ms. Sabrina PLACIDOUX, Director of Regional Planning and Town Planning and Ms. Beverly JOE, Head of Land Development and Regulation Service, will be at the disposal of the residents of the neighborhood and will respond on a case-by-case basis (individual meeting ) to all questions relating to town planning, 50 geometric steps and town and country planning.
Interested citizens are asked to come with the cadastral number of their plot and a photo of their property.
Permanences in districts n ° 1 and n ° 2
The following weeks, the hotlines will be organized in the last 2 Neighborhood Councils.
From February 4 to 8, 2019, permanence will be held in Neighborhood Council No. 2 in Grand Case, (location to be confirmed), and from February 11 to 15, 2019 in Neighborhood Council No. 1 within the Orleans neighborhood house.
These hotlines are a strong demand from citizens, they are of course free and open to everyone. The Collectivity of Saint-Martin invites the large population to come and learn and take advantage of this decentralized public service in the districts.
