The Collectivity of Saint-Martin informs parents of students of the opening of school registrations for the year 2019-2020. Students will be registered in the following ways:
Class registration nursery schools: All Sectors combined.
From January 21 to February 22, 2019
• Children born in 2016 (PS) and 2017 (TPS)
• Children born in 2015 and 2014 (MS and GS - out of school)
Registration for the Preparatory Course (CP): All Sectors combined.
Parents of children enrolled in GS will collect from school from February 11, 2019, the information sheet which, duly completed, will be deposited with the management of the 1st degree and School Affairs, between February 25 and March 29, 2019 .
From June 17 to July 3, 2019:
Transfer request or new registrations
• Nursery or elementary classes (bringing together siblings or domicile)
• Elementary classes: (new arrivals or schooled elsewhere)
Transfer requests will be studied on a case-by-case basis and granted within the limit of available places. The files will be subject to a specific analysis.

List of documents to be provided per child for any registration or transfer
The registration request can only be accepted if the file is complete.
Documents concerning the child:
- Photocopy of the family record book or a birth certificate extract
- Photocopy of the vaccination record (pages 90 to 93)
Documents concerning legal parents:
- Parents' identity documents
- Valid addressing certificate (Addressing service - Route de la Préfecture)
- Photocopy of the judgment for the exercise of parental authority (in the event of separation, divorce) and the identity document of ascendants or persons legally responsible.
Request for transfer or new registration (child already in school):
- Certificate of radiation (in the event of a change of public or private school)
Registration certificates will be available from:
June 17, 2019 for kindergarten and June 26, 2019 for elementary
Public reception hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.
