The Territorial Unit of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy of the Direction de la Mer (DM), the Regional Academic Delegation for Youth, Engagement and Sports (DRAJES) and the Territorial Unit of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy of the Department of the Environment, Planning and Housing (DEAL) notify the public of the procedure put in place to obtain the annual authorization to exercise a commercial, maritime or land activity , within the National Nature Reserve (RNN) of Saint-Martin.
The exercise of a commercial activity must first be filed with the manager of the RNN, a file containing: - the authorization request form to be withdrawn from the manager of the RNN;
- the administrative documents making it possible in particular to prove the regulatory compliance (French and / or international) of the commercial activity, subject of the request.
Applications will be submitted no later than October 15, 2021:
- in the premises of the manager of the RNN, located at Hope Estate; WHERE
- by electronic means at the following address: garde@rnsm.org
A Technical Committee comprising the manager of the RNN and the relevant State services will then be organized in order to select the files subject to authorization.
This authorization will be valid for 1 year, from the date of the decision issued by the manager. It may be suspended in the event of irregularities noted by the manager and / or the competent authorities.
