Under the impetus of the Minister of Overseas Territories, LADOM (The Overseas Agency for Mobility) and the SMA (Adapted Military Service) have renewed, through a new memorandum of understanding, their common commitment : promote professional integration and personal development of young overseas people.

- For LADOM, after securing the administrative and financial environment for individual training courses, initiate financial support mechanisms related to mobility training: educational costs, remuneration, additional mobility allowance and air travel.
