“I was very moved to learn of the death of young Alvin, 24, victim of a road accident on the RN7, near Mont Vernon, Friday, November 22 in the evening. A tragic road accident that mourns a Saint-Martin family and our entire community.
Our condolences and our sincere support accompany this family in sorrow, in particular the father of the victim, who works within our institution and to whom I send all my comfort.
The exact circumstances of the accident are not yet known, they will be established by the gendarmerie investigation which has just been carried out.
