An evening full of bubbles… To celebrate the return of Piper-Heidsick champagne

Last Friday, the Roxxy Beach Simpson Bay had put the little dishes in the big ones, to celebrate the return of the Piper-Heidsick champagne to Saint-Martin, after five years of absence.

For reasons of change of direction of the company, the brand had left the island following a takeover by the EPI Group. A group that owns clothing brands such as Alain Figaret, Bonpoint, Weston shoes, and for the spirits part Piper-Heidsick, Charles Heidsick and Château La Verrerie, in particular.

Philippe Bourrat, Piper-Heidsick representative for all of Latin America and the Caribbean, says that the brand is returning to Saint Martin after repositioning Piper-Heidsick in terms of quality and image, so “we are coming to celebrate with the people of Saint Martin ”.

For this reintroduction of the champagne brand, “we are ambitious”, assures Philippe Bourrat, “we have a partner like CC1 with whom we started two months ago, and which is very well positioned on the island, with a quality product and people in the field ”. The leaders of CC1 were of course present during this evening, as the gratin of the island who was invited. The representative of Piper-Heidsick considers that this collaboration, with CC1, "should succeed in doing something interesting". _RM
