At the request of the Territorial Chamber of Accounts (CTC), the prefect made the 2019 budget of CTOS enforceable by taking measures to reduce the deficit.
Among these measures, the restriction of free meals to only the agents who make the meals and no longer to all staff and certain persons outside the CTOS.
