Since January 16, flights between the airports of Grand-Case and Rémy-de-Haenen (Saint-Barth) to or from Pointe-à-Pitre (including following a transit) must be justified by a compelling reason and require the presentation of a PCR test of less than 72 hours.

Thus, from February 2, any travel between mainland France and Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy must be justified by a compelling reason in addition to the PCR test of less than 72 hours.
