Service permanence:
- Department of services to the population: Civil status (births and deaths): telephone hotline on 05 90 87 61 80, from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Physical permanence has been set up in compliance with hygiene measures, for emergency civil status formalities (birth / death certificates): Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.

For the Securities Department, your urgent requests can be sent by email to the following address: servicedestitres@com-saint-martin.fr
For the delivery of the Passport and National Identity Card titles, the State extended the delivery period by 3 months in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.
The citizens who receive messages informing them of the arrival of their title will be able to withdraw their passport or CNI, after the period of confinement.

The technical services will be mobilized for any emergency intervention in public buildings or in public space.
