0

No case is listed this Tuesday, April 7 in the French part. Other good news is that four people have been declared cured. Only 2 patients remain hospitalized. The number of "active" patients is 15 people.

The confirmed cases of COVID-19 are mainly between 15 and 64 years old (71%). The share of cases aged 75 and over represents 10% of cases.

Since the start of the epidemic, 19 women and 12 men have been affected.

Remember that all the districts of Saint-Martin are affected.

More than ever, keep your distance and imperatively respect confinement

Confinement reduces social interactions and therefore limits the spread of the virus. It is imperative that we all see ourselves as carriers of the virus and that we adopt the right behaviors.

Maintained vigilance over chronic disease care and stroke risk

The management of the Covid-19 crisis should not make us forget the essential good management of chronic diseases. The treating physicians are at the heart of the care pathways and are available to advise the population on their health needs. A teleconsultation device (city medicine) was deployed to benefit from a medical consultation while staying at home. If necessary, emergencies remain open with two entry doors, one dedicated to Covid-19 and a second non-Covid-19 to avoid any risk of contamination. In the case of a vital emergency, of sign compatible with a cerebrovascular accident (stroke) or chest pain, you must contact the SAMU 15.
