Executive and regional councils: who are the most diligent elected representatives?

A year ago, the eighteen members of Team Gibbs 2017, the four members of the Alliance for Justice, Hope and Prosperity and the leader of En Marche vers le Progrès had just been elected.

The installation ceremony of the territorial council and the election of the members of the executive council took place on Sunday, April 2, 2017. The opportunity to see the elected officials who most participated in the 27 meetings of the executive council between April 2, 2017 and on February 28, 2018 as well as at the eight meetings of the territorial council.

The elected officials who were most present are Daniel Gibbs and Valérie Damaseau with respectively 25 and 24 attendance over the 27 sessions.

Yawo Nyuiadzi and Marie-Dominique Ramphort have been present 21 times and Steven Patrick 20 times.

The two most often absent elected officials are Annick Petrus and Louis Mussington: they were absent at 11 and 16 meetings respectively, more than half for the opposition member. The latter did not attend any of the February 2018 sessions.

Of the 23 elected officials 6 missed no meeting, these were Daniel Gibbs, Valérie Damaseau, Jean-Raymond Benjamin, Raj Charbhe, Jules Charville and Alain Richardson.

On the other hand, the elected representative who was most often absent is Mireille Meus, member of the majority (3 absences on 7 councils). Steven Patrick, Dominique Riboud and Marthe Ogoundélé-Tessi were absent twice. The other members missed a session.
