The Dubreuil group, a family group diversified in distribution and air transport - and owner of Air Caraïbes, announces the appointment of Patrick Malval at the head of two of its subsidiaries: Air Caraïbes and Air Caraïbes Atlantique.

The Air Caribbean Supervisory Board, meeting yesterday in Orly, validated the appointment of Patrick Malval as Chairman of the Management Board from March 12. He succeeds Marc Rochet who previously held the position for 6 years.

At the same time, the General Assembly of Air Caraïbes Atlantique approved the appointment of Patrick Malval as President of the company, replacing Marc Rochet - in office since 2009 - who therefore becomes director of Air Caraïbes Atlantique and member of the Supervisory Board of Air Caraïbes.

The handover between Patrick Malval and Marc Rochet will take place next week. Together, they will meet the Caribbean West Indian teams on March 9 in Pointe-à-Pitre and Fort-de-France. Patrick Malval will be based in Orly, at the operational center of Air Caraïbes Atlantique. _AF
