Commemoration: Saint-Martin pays homage to the dead for France during the Algerian war and the fighting in Morocco and Tunisia

Last Sunday, December 5 marked the national commemoration in homage to the fighters and victims of the Algerian war and the fighting in Morocco and Tunisia.

The ceremony took place at the War Memorial of Saint-Martin in the garden of the Collectivity, in the presence of the territorial advisor Pascale Laborde, Julien Marie, director of services of the Prefect's Office, veterans represented by Robert Garon and members of the association, and flag carriers. It was followed by a snack offered by the association of veterans and war victims of Saint-Martin.
