It was a very special day in the Orleans district where the ceremonies took place (bringing together officials from two parts of the island) and the traditional activities organized by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin.
On the other side of the island, there was a resolutely cultural atmosphere with the concerts on the boardwalk and the art exhibition "Irma Tes Mosera" in Philipsburg. _AV
