A ceremony in tribute to the combatants and victims of the Indochina War took place Monday, June 8 at the War Memorial located in the gardens of the hotel of the community of Saint-Martin.
Were present the Sub-Prefect, Secretary General Mickaël Dore, the gendarmerie captain T. Verres, the Territorial Police as well as the Association of Veterans of Saint-Martin chaired by Robert Garon.
Established by decree n ° 2005-547 of May 26, 2005, this day of tribute corresponds to the day of transfer to the national necropolis of Notre-Dame de Lorette, of the remains of the Unknown Soldier of Indochina, on June 8, 1980.
