During the last Territorial Council, the Union for Democracy (UD) proposed by a majority a draft deliberation authorizing President Aline Hanson to support in court a non-negligible action for the COM funds: obtaining jurisdiction recovery of the generalized social contribution (CSG) and the contribution to the reimbursement of the social debt (CRDS) on income from assets. In plenary session, the president indicated that she will organize a working meeting to discuss this project. The UD is satisfied that the majority has put this deliberation on its agenda. The CSG-CRDS on income from assets are taxes collected by the State and not by the Collectivity.
