The Antilles-Guyane championships took place at the Louis Achille stadium in Fort de France (Martinique) on April 21 and 22, 2018.
More than 200 gymnasts attended this event to defend the colors of their island.
Guyana, Martinique and Saint-Martin met for these Antilles-Guyane championships in a very fair and warm atmosphere.
On Saturday April 21, place at the Federal B competition, our 7/9 year old team climbed to 4th place. (Congratulations to Romy, Julicia, Danielle, Kymora and Laureleen).
On Sunday April 22, it was the turn of the “Performances” and Fédéral A. (national selection) to enter the running.

Federal Ages 10 and up:

2e: ASSOCIATION OF ACROBATE SEEDS SAINT LAURENT GUYANE
3e: SPORTING LAMENTINOIS (Martinique)
Individual awards:
The best performance of the weekend was achieved by jade Augé, who won first place in the 8/9 age group.
The performance program requires enormous qualities to access it and a sacred mentality to win. Little Jadou, 7 and a half years old, took up the challenge brilliantly!
Mai Angel Martis, Maélys Farlot and Naya Leconte finish in 4th, 7th and 8th place respectively.
To finish in style, Célia Daniel Williams (2nd) and Jade Thiriet (3rd) obtained two new medals in the individual Federal A classification.
Note the honorable performances of Cloé Thiriet (7th) and Xénia Ahlip (8th).
The delegation of Saint-Martin defended itself very well with a real desire to go to the end. A beautiful image of sport was highlighted during this competition, despite a late recovery!
