Five Friendly Beach-Tennis teams participated last weekend at the Guadeloupe Championships, organized at Le Moule.
Friendly Beach Tennis offers itself a title of Champion of Guadeloupe in the ladies with Adeline Arnaud and her partner of Gwada Beach, Delphine Lacoste as well as a 5th place with Laurence Delaporte and Sabrina Goubard.
For men, the pair Davy Pivert and Gregory Mathurin achieved a good performance by climbing on the 3rd step of the podium!
Adeline Arnaud will therefore represent Saint-Martin and Guadeloupe at the French Championships scheduled for next September.
Beach-Tennis continues to grow on the island with now 5 sites to practice as well as competitions organized throughout the year.
In addition, Friendly Beach-Tennis is organizing its first non-category tournament on July 1 and 1, with 2 euros in prizes.
The FCBT club thus wishes to continue its development of high-level competition and thus motivate young people to embark on this rapidly expanding sport.
