CH Louis Constant Fleming: disturbing dysfunctions

0

The UTS-UGTG Saint-Martin section of the Louis Constant Fleming hospital last week sent an open letter to hospital staff and the general public regarding the "catastrophic" situation at the establishment located in Concordia.

The union members did not attend the technical establishment committee of September 29, because the director of the hospital Roland Toussaint would not have provided the documents allowing them to “give a valid opinion on the questions to order of the day". According to them, the hospital coffers are far from being full. "We will have to make savings on everything, in particular on nearly 4 million euros in personnel costs, or 80 threatened jobs," said the union, which calls on the staff to come together to demand that the ARS and the Collectivity respond to their demands, among which: the allocation of credits necessary for the permanence of the public health service, the implementation of management control and the reorganization of work in all services.
