During a press conference Wednesday morning aimed at taking stock of the indefinite strike, Dominique Louisy of SPEG, set out the main demands linked to National Education.
"The population's money is given to companies to carry out work and the COM does not check them," notes Dominique Louisy. "There are rooms in the school complex which are not occupied because there is a door missing," she deplores. “The contract was given to a friend of the president and the entrepreneur left in January. We had to pay another company to complete the work. What the rector says about reception conditions is misleading information. The working conditions for the children are not normal, ”she insists.
The SPEG also wants to denounce the methods of recruiting teachers. "I'm not saying that we should recruit people with fewer qualifications, but simply adapt the system," explains Dominique Louisy. (source: www.soualigapost.com)
