What is mediation?
Mediation is a structured, voluntary and cooperative process for the prevention and amicable resolution of disputes that is based on the responsibility and autonomy of the participants. Mediation involves a duly trained, independent, neutral and impartial third party mediator. Facilitator of communication, without decision-making power, nor role of technical expertise or advice, the mediator promotes dialogue and the relationship, in particular through confidential interviews and meetings.
Since April 2022, the CCISM has been the sole Apprenticeship mediator in the territory. Consult the dedicated section on our website for more information.
