The flu, gastroenteritis, bronchiolitis and chickenpox have not spared the West Indies. “The epidemics are over in all the territories except on the island of Saint-Martin where the number of cases suggestive of chickenpox is still at the limit of the epidemic threshold during week 26”, according to the seasonal report 2016-2017 published by Public Health France. Regarding the flu, the epidemic ended at the end of March with 2.500 suggestive cases and 9 emergency visits. For gastroenteritis, the epidemic ended at the end of February with 2.125 suggestive cases and 14 emergency room visits. Finally for bronchiolitis, the epidemic ceased at the end of February with 120 suggestive cases and 25 emergency room visits. _EH
