He asked them for deposit checks, specifying to write them in his name. In total, the three victims paid 4 euros, 056 and 5 euros. But they never received the furniture. They therefore filed a complaint. The pseudo commercial agent was summoned on April 000 before the criminal court of Saint-Martin but he did not come. The court sentenced him to six months in prison.
