As part of the 29rd edition of Pink October, a campaign to raise women's awareness of breast cancer, the Kakao Beach Club organized on Sunday, October 23, the Pink Snowshoes tournament on the beach of Orient Bay.
This first edition, in collaboration with the Regional Health Agency of Saint-Martin and the association Maternité Active hosted 28 women and teenage girls divided into 14 teams from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
In addition to the sporting aspect, the day also allowed the organizers to raise awareness and inform the players present, beginners and confirmed, about the importance of breast cancer screening.
The Kakao Beach Club team would like to thank Virginie, Yoga teacher, for having closed this day with a moment of relaxation and initiation as well as Rapido Print, Lilo Gravure, the ARS and the members of the Kakao Beach Club for their help.
