Barrier behind Le Flamboyant: the COM seized of the case

Territorial Councilor Jules Charville challenged President Aline Hanson in various questions from the Territorial Council on February 16 about the placement of a barrier and rocks on the beach behind Le Flamboyant in Nettle Bay, blocking passage and access at the Romain Perreau lagoon, DGA of the Sustainable Development Pole, explained that his services had been seized. They are checking the title deed and knowing who owns the plot on which the barrier was laid. If the land is in the public domain, the barrier must be removed, if the land is in the private domain, it can remain on the condition that access to the lagoon is demarcated.
