In the aftermath of the attacks, the Superior council of audio-visual (CSA) had sent a note to the editors in order to encourage them to be cautious. The council "draws very keenly the attention of the editors of the televisions and the radios on the need to give no indication likely to jeopardize the good progress of the investigations in progress in the tragic circumstances which live our country", one can read on the institution's website.
