Olivier Serva, MP for Guadeloupe (La République en Marche), is honored by the confidence placed by all the members of the delegation to the National Assembly's overseas territories, said in a press release.
He would like to salute the quality of the two other candidates, Ericka Bareigts and Thierry Robert, "members of value and experience" as described by Olivier Serva.
Olivier Serva intends to "work in a trans-partisan spirit, respectful of the balance of territories and statutes". Work that will be done in concert with the government, the current overseas minister Annick Girardin, the overseas delegation of the Senate and its president Michel Magras and the parliamentary intergroup whose office is to be renewed soon.
