The FEBECS (exchange fund for educational, cultural and sporting purposes) makes it possible to take part in the assumption of expenses related to the transport costs within the framework of displacements occasioned by demonstrations or cultural trips, linguistic stays, competitions or sports meetings .
It exclusively targets young people under the age of 30. It can be travel to the metropolis or in the regional environment. The request relates to one or more trips made or planned during the year 2019.
FEBECS aims to participate exclusively in the financing of the purchase of plane tickets, accommodation costs not being covered.
The travel assistance request will be drawn up on CERFA form no. 12156-05 (downloadable) and sent to the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, 23 rue de Spring, Concordia - 97150 - SAINT-MARTIN or by email at marc.fabre@jscs.gouv.fr (contact for any further information tel.: 0590 29 09 35/0690 68 27 60).
The description of the project must include the following information:
• The purpose of the trip
• The destination
• The number of young people (under 30) concerned,
• The number of supervisors,
• The cost of the trip: either a quote or an invoice will be attached to the file if the trip has already been made.
If several trips are planned, each will be the subject of a project sheet.
The deadline for returning files is Friday, May 17, 2019, the last deadline.
The list of selected projects will be finalized in June in committee.
