Air Caraïbes announces in a press release exceptional commercial measures to allow all of its customers to continue to book their trip with confidence.

  Update on date

To date, no restrictions have been issued by French and international health authorities to destinations operated by Air Caraïbes, which is monitoring the development of the world health situation linked to the coronavirus (COVID-19) with the greatest attention. The health and safety of its passengers and crews is a priority for the Company.

Air Caraïbes will operate all of its flights in the coming months.

Exceptional trade measures

Air Caraïbes has decided to relax its conditions of sale as follows:

• For all long-haul tickets issued between 04/03/20 and 31/03/20

• For the travel period between 05/03/20 and 24/06/20

All prices (SMART and BASIC) can be changed without penalty (but with a price adjustment if necessary). However, they remain non-refundable.

The modifications can be made on the whole network of the company, and within the limit of validity of the ticket.

An exception: people who are at their turning point and wish to anticipate their return. In this case, we offer travelers to modify their tickets without penalty (unless there is a tariff adjustment)

Passengers can make their reservations online, in the "Manage my reservations" section of the aircaraibes.com website or on their mobile application. They also have the possibility of contacting our agencies or their usual point of sale. These measures are subject to change at any time depending on the news.
