Having "put [his] mouth on [his] sex" is the only fact that SM, 62, admits having had with regard to SS, a minor, who accused him of having also put a finger in her vagina and having had "a complete relationship" with her without her consent. The trial took place on June 27 in the presence of the accused but in the absence of the victim.
SM first denied all the facts of which he was accused before admitting one after two days in police custody, that of having kissed his sex. And to justify it at the bar: "she tempted me ... She always walks around naked in the house," he says.
After deliberation, the court imposed a sentence of three years' imprisonment and a warrant. SM was therefore transferred after the hearing in Guadeloupe. He will also be entered in the judicial register of perpetrators of sexual offenses. (more details on www.soualigapost.com)
