This Saturday, August 6 from 9 a.m. to 18:30 p.m., rue Général de Gaulle will be entirely pedestrianized, up to the Collectivité gardens. With the slogan "I love my shopkeeper, I buy local", the organizers operate in a process of revitalization of the city center with the aim of promoting and enhancing the shopping streets of Marigot by developing the quality of life, safety and, of course, commercial offers. Their desire is also to revive the mythical clearance sale which had been left in abeyance since the covid health crisis, for lack of authorization to relaunch the event and leaving the epicenter of shopping in mourning.
