Norceca Women's Continental Championship
The delegation from Saint-Martin arrived in Fort-Lauderdale (Miami) last Sunday to participate in the "Continental Cup", organized on the campus of Nova Southeastern University.
Champion of the Caribbean ECVA zone (East Carribean Association Volley-Ball) in 2015 after their convincing victories obtained against the defending champions, Saint Lucia and in the final against Antigua (3-0), the U20 selection of Saint Martin has the honor and privilege of competing in the "Continental Cup".
A dedication for the leaders and the players, proud to represent the colors of the "Friendly Island" in the United States.
Note that the U 18 selection of Saint-Martin also qualified for the Puerto Rico tournament, scheduled for the end of next August. Good job girls !
As for the U 20 selection present in Fort-Lauderdale, Jean-Luc Lezin's protégés had to bow most logically to the American selection on the final score of three sets to zero, all in 43 minutes of play!
A defeat that does not call into question the value of the Saint-Martin selection, determined to raise their heads during their next meetings. _AF
