A family assistant was prosecuted for violence against two boys aged six to seven who were in her care. They accused her of beating them with a stick and a belt. They also said that she hit them on the head with the heel of her shoe. The facts date back to 2012. The social services of the Collectivity had also been seized of the case and had decided to remove the children and place them in another foster family.
The defendant is a fifty year old woman living in Cul de Sac, who obtained accreditation in 2005 and welcomed children until 2012.
