Solar terminals were installed along the linear minimalist promenades in the bio-environmental logic of the project. Water apples, guavas, young people from Quartier d'Orléans will soon be able to pick and taste directly these fruits which remain a strong symbol in the childhood of Alain Richardson, president of Semsamar. Six water tank points will allow watering of recent plantings and cleaning of common areas. Ephemeral sculptures will soon slip into the decor, in collaboration with local artists.
